The Bylaws establish clear guidelines, fostering order and consistency in decision-making processes. This ensures the Guild functions effectively and predictably, guiding its members and leadership.
Hawaii Writers Guild Conflict of Interest Policy
The Conflict of Interest Policy is established as recommended by the IRS to establish procedures that will offer protection against charges of impropriety involving officers and directors when the procedures are followed.
Hawaii Writers Guild Non-discrimination Policy
